The golden plated spire from the Burmese Temple radiates like a beacon at the first light of dawn. A small boat full of precious offerings glides silently through the calm waters. A lotus blossum, bundles of food, a few chickens are the offerings. Women begin their daily bathing ritual on the banks of the river. Monkeys play in the trees as ancient statues continue their eternal meditations.
